Pinch Valve
The electric pipe clamp valve, designed with leak free hose compression, performs excellently in environments with strong corrosion, high wear, and strict hygiene requirements.
1. Sealing reliability
Leak free sealing: relying on the complete flattening of the hose, no additional sealing components are required to avoid traditional valve packing leakage problems.
2. Intelligent control of electric actuator:
Built in PID algorithm, supporting flow closed-loop control; Overload protection: Real time monitoring by torque sensor, automatic shutdown when exceeding the limit.
4. Special design optimization
Explosion proof design: Explosion proof actuator (Ex d), valve body grounded to prevent static electricity accumulation.
5. High/Low Temperature Adaptation:
High temperature type: using heat-resistant silicone hose and actuator heat sink;
Low temperature type: the Material of the hose is low temperature EPDM, and the actuator is powered with heat tracing.

Leak free design: By squeezing the hose to completely cut off the medium, the valve body has no dynamic sealing point, eliminating the risk of external leakage.
Strong corrosion resistance: The hose Material can be rubber, fluoroplastic, etc. It is suitable for strong acid, strong alkali, and organic solvents.
Wear resistant and particle resistant: The hose can withstand high solid content slurries (such as slurry, mud) to avoid valve blockage.
Sanitary compatibility: No dead corner structure, suitable for sterile fluids (food, pharmaceutical), supports CIP/SIP cleaning.
Automated control: The electric actuator accurately adjusts the opening and supports the integration of 4-20mA, Modbus and other signals into the DCS/PLC system.

Dangba Lithium Mine Has Exceeded One Million Tons, Becoming The Largest Deposit Of Its Kind In Asia!
Recently, the Dangba Lithium Mine in Malkang City, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, has passed the mineral resource reserve review and filing by the Ministry of Natural Resources. It has added 440000 tons of lithium oxide resources and identified a total of 1.1207 million tons of lithium oxide resources, becoming the first granite pegmatite lithium deposit in Sichuan Province with lithium oxide resources exceeding one million tons. It is also the largest granite pegmatite lithium deposit in Asia with proven resources to date.
